|Recommended: YesOctober 2024 Review After 1 Year Of Residency — Twin Ridge is an over all good place to call home.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, the grounds are kept up well and the neighbors are not loud. The only con I can think of is the property does show its age in some respects like we can hear our upstairs neighbors walking around sometimes.

|Recommended: YesA Place To Call Home — New to the development. The residents seem friendly enough. The pet owners are basically respectful and the staff is great. Maintenance is on point. I really like it here and my visitors are in awe of the space.

|Recommended: YesNeed More Parking Areas — This a wonderful place to live. Grounds are kept clean, there is no garbage overflow, and I feel safe at home. The office team is very nice and attentive to the needs of the residents. I’m glad I chose this place to call home.

|Recommended: YesI Am Satisfied Except For The Sound Insulation. — I started living on the 3rd floor with my wife and our children. The building is wooden, and the footsteps when our children ran seemed to reverberate in the room on the lower floor, we received attention from a neighbor in a few days because of the noise. We have not been warned during the day, so we know the biggest cause is the shift in sleep time during the first few days due to jet lag of children. We were well aware of our relationships with neighbors.
Other than that, I am very satisfied because the maintenance is quick and people are kind.
