Management takes care of any maintenance concerns in a very timely manner. So very convenient to Baltimore but county living at its best Light rail less than a mile away.

I can hear my upstairs neighbors kid stomping at times, but all-in-all, it's not that bad. The maintenance and office staff are very prompt and nice. The grounds are kept really well and I like the layout of my apartment.

Maintenance is always friendly and prompt into resolving all issues in a timely fashion. However, I ve been had issues with management about allowing workers to enter my apartment without any notice, I mentioned it to them on many occasions but there were always excuses on their part. Hopefully with the new management that won t happen any longer and they will respect tenants privacy.

Pet Policy

We’re pleased to welcome cats and dogs of all sizes to our community. Each home may have up to two pets, with certain breed restrictions that apply.

Fees
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.

Breed Restrictions
The following breeds, and mixes of these breeds, are not permitted: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Mastiff, Kugsha, and farm animals.

Requirements
Pets must have a current rabies vaccination in accordance with Maryland law.
Each pet must also be registered through Pet Screening, our third-party verification platform. A $30 per pet, per year fee applies.
